3.1 Site visitation tracking

Our website uses Simple Analytics (https://simpleanalytics.com) to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and how they use our web pages.

WHAT THIS MEANS TO YOU: Simple Analytics does not use cookies to track user interactions, does not record and/or retain user IP addresses, and never stores any personal identifying information (PII). All data that is transferred is encrypted and stored in data centres in Netherlands. We get anonymous metrics of our site visitors’ general demographics, interactions and behaviour, and that’s it. 3.2 Contact forms and newsletter subscriptions

Should you choose to contact us using a contact form such as on our Contact Us page, or if you have explicitly opted-in to receive future marketing communications from us, the data you supply will be passed to and stored by Salesforce Pardot who we use as our CRM and email marketing suite. We consider Salesforce Pardot to be a third party data processor (see section 5 below).

WHAT THIS MEANS TO YOU: Your email address will remain within Salesforce Pardot’s database for as long as we continue to use Salesforce Pardot’s services for CRM and email marketing or until you specifically request removal from the system. You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any communications that we send you or by requesting removal via email (see Section 11 below). When requesting removal via email, please send your email to us using the email account that is subscribed to the mailing list.

While you remain opted in, your email address remains within the Salesforce Pardot database and you will receive periodic communication from us.
